Spring Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The competition is run by BrownWigg (“the Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility
    Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and associated companies are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter
    To be eligible for entry, participants must:
    • Purchase $250 or more (incl. GST) in eligible products from participating suppliers in a single transaction during the promotional period; and
    • If customer buys Toro Mower, Kincrome Tool Chest or Honda Generator – 1 ticket per purchase only.
  4. Promotional Period
    The competition opens on 1st September 2026 and closes on 30th November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
  5. Prize
    The prize consists of:
    • 1st Prize: Toro 54” Zero Turn Titan Mower
    • 2nd Prize: Kincrome K1227 Toolchest
    • 3rd Prize: Honda EU22 Generator
    The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  6. Draw & Winner Notification
    The winner will be drawn at random on 4th December 2026.
    The winner will be notified via the BrownWigg Facebook page, posting the customers name, within one week of the draw.
  7. Claiming the Prize
    The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification. To claim the prize, the winner must produce the winning ticket. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
  8. Verification
    The Promoter may request proof of purchase, identification, and eligibility prior to awarding the prize. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in disqualification.
  9. Facebook Disclaimer
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility related to this competition.
  10. Photo & Publicity Consent
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including having their photograph taken with the prize. The winner grants the Promoter permission to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes (including social media and digital channels) without additional compensation.
  11. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Marketing communications will only be sent where consent has been given.
  12. General
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
    • The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.
  13. Acceptance of Terms
    Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
